Making the move
Anchor know that moving to a care home is a big decision and can often be triggered by a life-changing event.
With years of experience providing support and care to older people, our warm and friendly staff are committed to helping each resident through the transition, and will meet with you to gain a thorough understanding of your needs.
At Moore Place care home in Surrey, our holistic approach embraces the emotional and psychological wellbeing of each resident, as well as their physical needs. Following our assessment an individualised care plan is comprised in conjunction with each resident and their family. This is regularly reviewed to ensure we continue to meet the expectations and needs of each resident.
Our team are here to help advise you every step of the way and we encourage people to visit regularly, with their friends and family, in order to familiarise themselves with the home and to meet our existing residents.
We find that regular visits can help residents build up a relationship with our team and feel confident that they are making the right choice for their future.
By the time you move in, Moore Place will already feel like home.
Our care home overlooks the Moore Place Golf Course, situated in the stunning surroundings of the Surrey greenbelt, and offers a beautiful landscaped garden with wonderful, uplifting views.
