Consultation and engagement
Both Anchor and Hanover have a strong commitment to involving the people we serve in helping us develop and improve.
There is a great deal to consider and we don’t have all the answers yet. But, in line with the values of both organisations, we wanted to talk to customers, colleagues and others about our proposals.
We would only merge if it’s in the interests of the older people we serve as well as enabling us to build more than we can as two separate organisations.
All customers have the opportunity to give their feedback on the proposed merger. You will receive a pack containing:
- A letter explaining how you can provide feedback
- A that tells you what’s proposed and why we are considering the merger
- A freepost feedback form so you can give us your views on the proposal.
Please ensure you send the form back to us by the 13th July 2018 so your views can be considered as part of the decision.
